XVI Trade Union Congress of Xuân Hòa Vietnam JSC, term 2025–2030
Day afternoon 08/12/2025, Grassroots union of Xuan Hoa Vietnam Joint Stock Company organized successfully XVI Trade Union Congress, term 2025–2030. The event is an important milestone to summarize activities of the 2023–2025 term and orient development in the new period.
Summary of term 2023–2025:
During the past term, Xuan Hoa Grassroots Trade Union has closely coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors in the following activities:

Take care of the lives, welfare and protect the legitimate rights of workers.

Improve a safe and civilized working environment.

Organize many internal engagement programs, building a sustainable Xuan Hoa corporate culture.
These results contribute to strengthening the trust of union members and motivating all employees during the work process.
Orientation for the 2025–2030 term: Innovation – professionalism – humanity
The 16th Trade Union Congress took place in the open air democracy – solidarity – responsibility, demonstrating the determination of the union members towards the goal:

Contribute to developing corporate culture and improving Xuan Hoa's competitiveness in the new context.
At the Congress, delegates were elected XVI Trade Union Executive Committee with high unity and trust.
The 16th Trade Union Congress of Xuan Hoa Vietnam Joint Stock Company, term 2025–2030, took place successfully. This is an important premise for the Trade Union to continue accompanying employees, building a positive working environment and contributing to the sustainable development of the Company.
